I’m not looking to become certified. Right now I just want to learn as much as I can about applied fitness and nutrition (without diet-craze influenced bias) and want to take some classes. Does anyone know of any legitimate, relatively cheap online courses in fitness and nutrition? I’m looking for general courses, but sports fitness and nutrition would be fine as well. Thanks!

I want to enroll on a nutrition and diet course but i’m finding it difficult to find the right one. I come from a completely differnt background career wise so i have very little knowledge in that matter. I don’t want to do the whole 3 years diploma so i’m looking for something that would be a little shorter but give me recognised qualifications. Please help!
