What are some cookbooks that give the nutrition information in the book?

I know a restaurant chain who repeatedly refuses to provide nutritional information when asked. For years, this company has given everyone the runaround. Being a franchise owner myself, I was told that I must have nutrition information about our food available upon request. My question is whether or not it is legal for a fast-food franchise to repeatedly refuse to provide nutritional values for their products. Who regulates this kind of thing? To whose attention should this be brought? It is a national chain, not some local mom-and-pop store.

I am going to a Chinese buffet and I am wondering if there is a site where I can see the nutrition information for the typical food they serve. I am curios because I am sure the food is prepared differently thus having a different effect on the nutritional values of the foods there.

I like to cook high-fat meats such as sausage on my George Foreman grill because it seems to get rid of so much fat. I am interested in finding out just how well my little grill works! I can see the fat that drains out, but I can’t seem to find any solid numbers! Where can I find nutrition information for food cooked on a George Foreman grill?
